Randy

​Both owner and guide to R's Outdoors, Randy has extensive experience in many varieties of fishing. For over thirty years, Randy has been working in the guide business, providing fun and memorable trips all over the Northwest. He began by working as a baggage boatman at age 15, and has been guiding white water rafting and fishing trips ever since. With his extensive knowledge of fishing, expert guiding skills, and superb cooking skills, he will help to make your trip one that you will never forget.
Dave

Dave has been working with our team for many years, and he has over 30 years of experience on rivers and coastal streams of Oregon. Dave is a full time guide, and ​spends time on the Oregon Coast fishing for steelhead and salmon when he is not on the Deschutes River. Dave has a great ability to work with all personalities and really knows how to "find the fish". He also has a knack for working with people of all skill levels, beginner to expert. It is clear after spending the day with Dave, that he has a passion for fishing the Deschutes.
Jason

Jason is a full time guide and has been guiding rivers in Oregon for over 15 years. He enjoys finding "special spots" in the rivers he guides in, and he knows how to find the fish. Jason has been with our crew for multiple years, and we know you will enjoy your time in the boat, and even more, your time fishing the river when Jason is at the helm.
Taylor & Hunter - Baggage Boatman

Taylor and Hunter will be there to handle your gear like pros, and set up a camp that will be ready and waiting for you as you end your day of fishing. They will work to ensure your needs are met and tummies are full before and after a long day of fishing.
